The 19th century Brunel-designed terminus building is directly connected to Paddington Station and its four underground lines, and the Heathrow Express. Our team’s relationship with this landmark Grade II Listed building extends back 15 years and in that period we have acted as Quantity Surveyor on a number of projects, including;

·  Conversion of Tournament House (56 Bedrooms)

·  Sixth Floor Additional Bedrooms, Terrace and Towers

·  Sixth and Seventh Floor Refurbishment Programme

·  Hotel Plant Replacement Programme

The conversion of Tournament House comprised integrating the Grade II listed building into the hotel, converting the former GWR offices into 56 Executive Bedrooms at a cost of £6m.

The Sixth Floor Additional Bedrooms and Terrace included converting the prominent Grade II listed towers into new executive suites for the hotel, at a cost of £6m.
