Project: Premier Inn, Heathrow
Members of our team were instrumental in the pre-construction Cost Management for the World’s largest Premier Inn at Heathrow. Pre-contract cost planning, market testing, value engineering and tender preparation for UK’s largest Premier Inn development near London Heathrow Airport. The Cost Management team were instrumental in promoting the use of bedroom “pods” to maintain challenging cost, time and quality targets for this 590 bedroom scheme.
