Project: Innkeeper’s Lodge Roll-Out
Mitchells & Butlers have commissioned Virtus to act as their Cost Managers for the refurbishment of Innkeeper’s Lodges on sites shared with Vintage Inn restaurants across the United Kingdom.
Working with Mitchells & Butlers internal Project Managers, we provide initial budget information at site briefings, develop cost plans for agreed project scope, procure the main contractor and direct suppliers and actively manage the budgets through to handover to Operations. Works involve the general upgrade of rooms to the brand standard, and the upgrade of mechanical and electrical installations to ensure a premium service to MAB customers.
