Site establishment and groundworks are progressing well on Rangeford Villages new development at Siddington Park, Cirencester. The scheme will deliver over 200 apartments with a selection of restaurants, a wellness centre, spa and swimming pool facilities.

Located on a 12-acre former parkland site on the outskirts of Cirencester, off the A419, the village will feature a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, ranging from 642sqft to 1,798sqft. The village is due to be completed late summer 2022.

Rangeford Villages, working with Octopus Real Estate, part of the Octopus Group and a leading investor in healthcare facilities throughout the UK and Ireland, are behind the new village, which will be developed and operated by Rangeford. Bringing together their combined expertise, Siddington Park will offer residents an independent, active and worry-free retirement. The well-established partnership between Rangeford and Octopus Real Estate has already led to the creation of two successful retirement villages: Wadswick Green in Wiltshire and Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire.
