Virtus have successfully completed the design, planning approval, procurement and project management of the installation of a 50kW Photo-Voltaic Array on a Hermes Distribution Warehouse in Bolton for Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust. 
The new installation was estimated to generate 35,340kWh, enabling circa 80% of overall site consumption to come from the renewable technology. Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust are now considering installations across their UK portfolio.
