After works on site were halted by impact of COVID-19 it is fantastic to see work re-started at IM Properties’ Plot 3 development on Fore Business Park, Solihull. The project comprises a two-storey BREEAM Very Good office building, including car parking and associated landscaping – with the first-floor office accommodation finished to the incoming tenants Cat B requirements.
Adjacent to the new office development is a new Multi-Storey Car Park to provide a minimum of 221 car parking spaces.
Benniman Construction Group are Principal Contractor, Webb Gray Architects, Copeland Wedge Associates Civil & Structural Engineers, DW Pointer Services Engineers, BEA Landscape Designers with Virtus Consult acting as Project Manager/Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer.
