IM Properties acquired Blythe Valley Park in December 2014. The building is approximately 15 years old and is in need of refurbishment. Planned improvements include new hard and soft landscaping, new reception and café including break out space, re-comission M&E systems, improve look and feel of common areas and upgrade vacant floorplates.
Virtus are delighted to have been appointed as Project manager and Cost managers and have been working with IM Properties and the design team to manage this scheme from concept design and feasibility to Handover.
