News of our appointment by Cherwell District Council (CDC) to manage the £8.9M development of the redundant Crown House in Banbury has spread, with coverage in Local Authority Building & Maintenance media.
The conversion of the old office block into a mix of 3, 2 and 1-bedroom apartments will be undertaken in several phases. The second phase will see the addition of a coffee shop on the ground floor and an extension delivering even more apartments as the Council works hard to deliver housing opportunities in the heart of Banbury as part of the regeneration of the town centre.
