Virtus have been appointed by the Birmingham Community Hospital to help them meet their efficiency savings and carbon emission targets. Having developed a unique options appraisal and procurement model that optimises savings opportunities and delivers guaranteed year-on-year savings, we are currently carrying out the first phase of its 5-stage process.
