Taylor Wimpey has appointed Virtus Consult to undertake cost management services for the construction of 1000+ new homes and new commercial, retail and community facilities in Bilston. Services to be provided include:
- Feasibility study
- Development appraisal
The site has extensive former mine works and requirements to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Levels 4, 5 and 6.
