Its now only 2 days until one of the Virtus Directors; Jan Ponsford swims 750m in freezing waters, cycles 20 gruelling kilometres on a razor sharp saddle and then runs 5 kilometres to the finish line at his first Blenheim Palace Triathlon. Despite this, Jan still has not plucked up the courage to train in freezing waters, but thanks to a punishing training schedule is now confident that he will comfortably complete the event!
Jan has appreciated all of the encouragement he has received from everyone, including the not so serious support!
