Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust’s IT department are undertaking a large project to upgrade the network LAN/WAN infrastructure across the three main hospital sites, Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull along with the outlying satellite sites such as Chest Clinic, Yardley Green etc. The end result is to provide resilience both in terms of network and power to the new LAN/WAN. Virtus Consult have been appointed as project and cost managers as well as providing principle designer duties to drive this scheme to a successful conclusion.
