Mitchells & Butlers have commissioned Virtus to act as their Cost Managers for the refurbishment of their Vintage Inn estate across the United Kingdom.
Working with Mitchells & Butlers internal Project Managers, we provide initial budget information at site briefings, develop cost plans for agreed project scope, procure the main contractor and direct suppliers and actively manage the budgets through to handover to Operations. As one of our national accounts, we are successfully delivering projects from Exeter in the south to Inverness in the north.
