Virtus Consult are appointed by IM Properties to deliver Quantity Surveying services for the development of a new neighbourhood centre at Blythe Valley Park, Solihull. The development comprises four blocks of apartments providing 48 new homes, a convenience store and further supporting retail. The centre will create a new focal point for the growing residential and commercial community and look to seamlessly connect the park’s different elements.
