Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council have worked extensively with Virtus on nine school projects varying in size from a £250,000 refurbishment and extension through to the provision of a new Sixth Form Centre for Arden School in Knowle, Solihull. Operating in partnership with Solihull Council’s Building Design Group, Virtus have been involved in pre-contract services including cost planning, value engineering, tender documentation preparation and tender evaluation for projects at the following schools;
