Windy Arbor School in Solihull is about to be reconfigured and refurbished extensively to provide a more welcoming and efficient learning environment for its pupils and staff. We are currently involved at pre-tender stage and are responsible for producing the bills of quantities, which will form part of the tender document issued by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Due to time constraints, the bill production was highly pressured and challenging, with the full SMM7 bill being turned around in 2 weeks.
