Cherwell District Council was delivering some 35 capital project schemes across their constituency and had been experiencing some difficulty in meeting programme.
Virtus Consult was appointed to carry out an initial audit and to identify how the scheme might be improved in order to deliver the programme by the end of the financial year. Following the audit Virtus were appointed to project manage the scheme and get everything back on schedule.
