Virtus Consult are pleased to have been shortlisted for the 2014 Building Awards Sustainability Project of the Year for our NHS Energy Project at Heartlands Hospital.
The project is expected to deliver annual savings of £632,000 with guaranteed energy cost and carbon reduction of around 12% through initiatives such as energy display meters, insulation, variable speed drives, refrigeration control, solar PV and lighting, pump replacement and AHU controls. These savings will help direct funds to frontline care and contribute to the reduction of the carbon footprint of the NHS.
