On the strength of Phase one which is now delivering guaranteed annual savings of circa £630k. which equates to 12% of the trust’s annual energy expenditure. The team have now identified a further 6% reduction with payback of just over 5 years. initiatives include further lighting, insulation, VSD’d and Solar P.V and works have commenced this month.
