After a successful feasibility study Virtus have been appointed to design and project manage a 5MW Solar Farm in South Wales for St Modwen.
St Modwens Properties Plc have an extensive land bank (5,000 developable acres) across the UK and with the recent introduction of the Feed in Tariff Renewable energy incentive scheme, St Modwens Properties Plc are keen to develop their portfolio of projects in this area.
Following consultation with the local planning authority and completion of an initial feasibility report, Virtus are now developing the technical design and leading St Modwen through the procurement and installation of the extensive project. Once complete the installation will provide market leading returns on investment with a pay back period making further investment very attractive.
