Due to the requirement to construct a new office within a live operational factory with a highly secure and sensitive environment, our Manufacturing client in Derby asked Virtus to Project and Construction Manage the delivery of the project, overseeing their own project management function. The office was constructed above and connected to an existing structure within the factory and required close coordination with other works being undertaken at the same time. Virtus were delighted to have handed over the office for business use on time and on budget yesterday, snag free and exceeding the client’s quality expectations.
