Virtus Consult were recently commissioned to carry out an Energy Cost and Carbon Reduction survey of the Summerfield School Site in Oxford, We interviewed the client and operational team and then carried out a detailed survey of the estate.
We have identified savings of 20% on consumption and 17% on cost through the implementation of various initiatives such as lighting, initiatives outlined above.
We are now working with the client to deliver these savings.
