Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has appointed Virtus as Cost Consultant for their Valley Infants School project. The £2m project is funded under the Primary Capital Project scheme and the appointment follows the successful completion of a similar commission at Alderbrook School, Solihull.
Commenting on the appointment, director Andrew Ogilvie; “The appointment at Valley Primary School is great news. It continues the development of our excellent relationship with the team at Solihull Council and demonstrates the confidence that Solihull has in our team’s ability to deliver great quality and value.”
