Crest Nicholson have appointed Virtus to act as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor for the final phase of Park Central, their major development of 335 homes in Birmingham. Park Central is being designed by Glenn Howells Architects and is located on the corner of Bristol Street and Lee Bank Middleway. Virtus have provided initial feasibility advice – including commercial evaluation of structural design options – and planning consent has recently been achieved for the scheme.
Virtus Director, Andrew Ogilvie, said: “Crest Nicholson is a new client for Virtus and we look forward to developing our relationship through the successful delivery of Park Central.”
