Virtus has been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services for the design and construction of the new Centre of Excellence for the National House Building Council (NHBC).
Working with Oxford-based architects Gray Baynes + Shew and M&E Consultant, Method LLP, Virtus will be supporting the delivery of a new state-of-the-art facility, used to deliver training for housebuilding companies and their associated supply chain.
The new Centre of Excellence is being created with the intention of strengthening technical skills and health and safety practices by creating virtual scenarios for trainees to respond to.
