Virtus have recently been appointed to provide QS services for 16 pub refurbishment projects for Stonegate Pub Company, which operates over 690 pubs and bars across the UK, from community and high-street pubs, through branded bars, to country inns and late-night venues.
Virtus Director Andrew Ogilvie said: “It is always gratifying to see our wealth of experience and hard-won reputation helping secure projects of this scale, from a client of Stonegate’s calibre.
We recognise this is but a small selection of the company’s estate, but we hope the successful completion of these projects, delivered in the inimitable Virtus style, will result in similar work in the future.”
