It has just been confirmed that Virtus have been appointed to the brand new LHC Framework for Energy Consultants and Project Management Services.
This new arrangement is available now and covers the period 2016 – 2020, giving Virtus the opportunity to support all publicly funded bodies across the country as a preferred supplier, through the LHC rigorous pre-tendered OJEU compliant process
LHC is a leading provider of free-to-use framework agreements used by local authorities, social landlords and all other public sector bodies to procure works, products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of their buildings.
LHC Director, John Skivington commented, “We are very excited with this new, all encompassing, energy efficiency framework that not only incorporates measures that have featured in previous LHC frameworks, but now includes a specific band for consultancy and project management.”
