Virtus Consult have been working with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council to develop their programme and methodology for delivering their refurbished headquarters building in Solihull. The building will be refurbished whilst employees are still in occupation. Virtus developed a plan to allow half the building to remain occupied throughout the work. There were significant challenges with phasing and maintain key office support functions.
