Virtus have been appointed by longstanding client, IM Properties plc, to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services for the refurbishment and extension of Trigen House, a 40,000 sq ft office at the expanding Blythe Valley Park in Solihull.
The previously multi-tenanted building is being fully refurbished with a new extended reception and upgrading to external landscaping areas. Working with architects, Webb Gray, structural engineering consultants, PCS and M&E Consultant, Hoare Lea, Virtus will be managing the delivery of the project for IM Properties plc, returning further Grade A office accommodation to the increasingly desirable Blythe Valley Park.
