Virtus’s Development Management and cost management expertise was recently called on to provide development appraisal, cost and programme advise on a proposed new Student3 accommodation building in Birmingham to support the growing student accommodation demand in the city.
The building is currently a disused office in the west side of Birmingham and is large enough to accommodate some 60 student rooms and associated ancillary space.
Director Jan Ponsford said “this is a fantastic opportunity to turn a disused building into something useful and to help the surrounding area to develop. The timing with regard to the market could not have been better for this project”
