Prior to joining Virtus a number of our staff have provided Cost Management services to Sainsbury's as part of their Store Extension Roll-Out Programme, receiving personal commendations from Sainsbury's management. Typically requiring continuity of retail operations these projects are complex, fast-paced and subject to rigorous commercial appraisal and control in order to support the business case.
