Project Details

Plastic Omnium manufacture plastic body parts for the majority of car brands and employ approximately 21,000 employees worldwide.

Virtus were appointed to undertake a feasibility for the proposed relocation of their Measham plant following identification that the existing facility is directly located on the planned route for High Speed 2 (HS2).

The feasibility exercise included the requirement to maintain full manufacturing capability during relocation, replacement of the facilities with a new, enlarged capability and a full programme, cost and risk model to inform the business directors of the likely impact on their business of HS2’s plans.
