Project Details

Bupa appointed Virtus to provide Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the construction of a new 62 Bed Care Home in Birmingham. The project has been developed as Bupa’s new flagship building for the Midlands with a total floor area of circa 3,300m2.

Working closely with Bupa’s internal Programme Management team, we have delivered care home projects across the United Kingdom. Funding, occupation and regulatory compliance provide a challenging set of requirements in an occupied environment where health and safety and security are of paramount importance.

Our team have successfully delivered over 40 care home projects to date and continue to broaden our relationship with our care home operator and developer clients.
