The Enabling Works Phase of a Regeneration Project on a Nuclear Site in Derby commenced works early 2011. The live nuclear environment brought complex logistical challenges with safety, access and security whilst maintaining the sites operational daily business. Through Virtus’ project management services the 3 phase project was delivered successfully and ahead of programme in October 2011.
The Head of Infrastructure at the Licensed site in Derby said, “…thanks for all the good work on the Enabling Works……you’ve got the contractor working to a standard that meets our requirements and through this you’ve delivered the latest work early….”.
