Virtus are delighted to announce the appointment of Graham Construction for the delivery of a circa £45m construction project to regenerate a major manufacturing facility for their Client in Derby. Virtus have lead the new facility design and pre-construction activities for this project since 2005, culminating in the successful appointment of Graham Construction in December 2012. Contracts were signed in January 2013, start on site is anticipated for Feb 2013. Virtus remain Project Managers during the construction phase, as well as for the wider scheme to regenerate the overall manufacturing capability targetted for completion in 2022.
