Virtus have completed the installation of a second array for Lord Rotherwick at his Cornbury Park Estate. The new array is ground mounted at low level within a sun-trap walled garden and comprises 144 number 265 Watt PV panels from JA Solar. The 38kW array will provide all the energy for use in the adjacent building, Ranger’s Lodge, and export surplus to the grid.
This new array brings the total renewable capacity on the estate up to 88kW and is expected to deliver over 76,000 kWh per annum.
Lord Rotherwick said “Virtus have been fantastic. With the hard work of all their team, the new array was installed, commissioned and registered before the deadline. I am delighted!”
Perhaps he should consider adding “et hoc sole” to his motto?
