The project to identify, define, develop, design and implement self-funding energy and carbon saving initiatives including, renewable energy, energy management, energy awareness training, infrastructure and technology improvements is expected to achieve at least 20% savings on current levels.
Virtus are providing specialist energy consultancy and project management on this ground breaking project and have received the initial approval from the Programme Board at HEFT to progress with the Energy Sustainably Project. This is the first step to Full Executive approval which is expected in the Spring.
