Virtus are delighted to welcome Senior Cost Manager Helen Reilly to the team!
Helen started her career at Francis Graves, which was a fantastic grounding for a career in the construction industry. She quickly progressed to fully-qualified QS status and after 8 years working on a number of different projects in different sectors, she joined Mitchells & Butlers Property Team overseeing large new-build and refurbishment re-brand schemes, as well as the smaller maintenance and refresh projects. After a stint managing posh pub and lodge refurbs for a a high-end pub company she wanted a more permanent base back in Birmingham.
Helen says „joining Virtus was a very easy decision for me. Having shared an office with Virtus previously, I knew most of the people and had always been impressed with their professionalism and can-do attitude. They are a fab bunch, and have welcomed me with open arms. After 3 months in the job, I am working on a number of exciting schemes and I already feel like a valued member of the team.
There is a definite buzz at Virtus, which is reflected in the industry as a whole at the moment. It is great to be back in Birmingham and working for such a dynamic company. It’s an exciting time for us – onwards and upwards!”
