Opus Land has appointed Virtus Consult to undertake development management services at a manufacturing plant in Coventry.
Virtus have been appointed to deliver a development appraisal for the regeneration of the former Peugeot manufacturing plant at Ryton. The appraisal is to be used to support site acquisition decisions by the developer.
